When Nadine Brooks set out to open the Gibbs Cove Coffee Company, she spent weeks tasting and testing until she found a bean that felt like a quiet morning at the Cove. Nadine's Reserve is that coffee.

Coming to us from the high altitudes of Peru, this single-origin roast is a bit cleaner and more refined than our house blend. It has a smooth, balanced finish that invites you to pull up a chair, set your work aside, and just sit for a while. As Nadine likes to say: "If you're going to drink coffee, you might as well drink something worth pausing for."
