How to Brew

For a chai latte: simmer 1 heaping teaspoon in 4oz of water for 3–4 minutes, then add 4oz of steamed milk (dairy, oat, or almond all work beautifully). Sweeten with honey or brown sugar.
For iced chai: brew double-strength, sweeten while hot, pour over ice, and top with cold milk. A splash of vanilla is a natural addition.
