How to Brew
Measure: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8oz of water
Water Temperature: Freshly boiled (212°F / 100°C)
Steep Time: 3–4 minutes — don't over-steep or the bergamot can turn bitter
Serve: Straight to let the bergamot shine, or with a splash of milk and a little honey. A thin slice of lemon is a classic addition. For a London Fog: brew strong, add steamed milk and a touch of vanilla.
For iced: brew double-strength, pour over ice, and add a lemon slice.
